The external AEP panel plays a major role as a shelter for rain and wind protection, while the ventilated system behind provides excellent thermal, acoustic, and structural characteristics for improving the living quality and prolonging the lifespan of the building.
Q-BASIC SYSTEM
Visible Clamp Fastening
​Q-basic ventilated facade system is a standard solution that can be adopted in the cold facade of the building. The panels are fixed on the structural profiles with visible aluminum clamp fastenings. By applying the PEDM rubber strip as cushion material between substructure and rear side of AEP panel, the system prevents micro-cracks, clattering, and constraining forces under altering wind loads. The color of the clamp is customizable to match the design of the AEP panel to achieve a harmonious overall outfit.
Q-HOOK SYSTEM
Invisible Hook Fastening
Q-hook ventilated facade system is a premium solution for projects requiring a higher aesthetic appearance.
All the back-rails are pre-assembled preciously with AEP panels in the European factory and then sent together with other profiles and components to the construction site. This way, it can greatly reduce the installation time and ensure the fixtures are positioned in the correct places.
